Poor medical practicing

I went to see this doctor for an IUD implantation. She was harsh and impatient and didn't schedule a 6 week check up and scan to ensure proper placement. She simply tossed the pamphlet towards me when she was finished. 1,5 years later and I find out that its not placed properly! My doctor now is horrified that she didn't schedule a check up, it was completely wrong.
