Bad customer service

I had a terrible experience with the receptionist at Dr Diedericks rooms. She was extremely rude, incompassionate and dismissive. For a practice dealing with people and some who might have potentially life threatening issues, she lacked understanding and patience. She never even bothered to respond to an email I sent expressing my disappointment or when I mentioned that I would speak with the doctor. I have since changed my gynaecologist and would not recommend Dr Diedericks. Very bad service.
