Pathetic customer service.

Repeated calls are ignored, WhatsApp messages go unanswered, and there appears to be little interest in assisting customers. Communication is one of the most basic responsibilities of any business, yet this company consistently fails to deliver.

A very disappointing experience and not a company I would recommend.
