Why do i have to wait so long???? A WEEK

It's been a week today that i have been requesting a sick note from Dr Magnus and her office. After numerous calls, emails and message still nothing. I even called the hospital were my husband was admitted to get assistance. This is a matter of urgency as confirmed... please look into this matter, we need to submit it to his employer. By COB TODAY
