Neglect

Terrible DR!!! Dr Chane Magnus calls herself a psychiatrist. She just prescribe medicine and she hopes it helps or treats the patient. When you phone her or e-mail her she never responds to you. My dad is heavily depressed, the medicine she prescribed is making him feel worse. If something happens to my dad I will keep her personally liable.
