Botched operation results in deafness

Irreparable complete hearing loss in standard ear operation. Dr Chaithram from Alberlito Netcare operated on my ear to close a perforated eardrum. Came out of theatre with no hearing. Other ENT specialists have confirmed that it should never have happened and irreparable damage done to the hearing nerves which are not meant to be touched in the procedure. He never did a hearing test post operation and must’ve known the damage was done. He says it was not in the operation as he didn’t touch that area, yet hearing loss can happen when an instrument is dropped during surgery. Had good hearing before the operation, even with the perforated eardrum. Do not let this ENT specialist operate on you.
