I want your money with nothing in return

I was treated by Dr Fourie for severe back pain and suffering from migraines. I was admitted to hospital saw him twice # my medical aid paid his accounts and to this day his office is not returned a call from my GP or myself requesting a report of what is wrong with my back and what treatment I should follow rather they immediately send you a bill after calling his office and his secretary blatantly refused for me to talk to him she says he doesn't and won't talk to patients. My GP called his office a few times with absolutely no response. He wants you and your medical insurance to pay him but he refuses to help you
