Contrary to this agreement, the invoice I received was shockingly inflated ten times the market related pricing, including unapproved professional fees amounting to R5900.10 and doubled charges for the same NAD ****tail. The discrepancies were glaring and suggested a deliberate overcharge. I have made multiple attempts to discuss these issues via email with Dr. Cajee, all of which have gone unanswered. To further compound the issue, my private information was shared without my consent, and without any form of resolution, my account was forwarded to a collections agency. I have officially reported this misconduct to the Health Professional Council of South Africa (reference number ***).
