Rude receptionist

I've been to the doctor recently in park station Dr cajee. There is a receptionist that is extremely rude and not at all receiving to a patients needs. She takes her own time in assisting patients and when they ask about files she is extremely off putting that was my first and last visit. I just wonder if she's qualified for that job
