Dr CA Firmin on the Bluff, Durban

Had the worst experience with Dr Firmin near PnP. Made an appointment with the receptionist Lee-Ann. Arrived early, told the receptionist that we understand we are early however we are there whenever doctor is available. The doctor arrived 20 minutes later, asked if we could allow people that came after us to go first because their child was sick, we said yes. Once they were done seeing the people they allowed in front of us, doctor refused to see us and said she was busy with paperwork, and that we need to try book for tomorrow. We then left and called or physically went to more than 3 doctors who were either closed or fully booked for the rest of the day. Decided to drive back to Dr Firmin after, who was still there - no patients in sight - only to be refused to be seen to again and told to try for tomorrow. Begged the receptionist who couldn’t give us answers, we were just repeatedly told that the doctor is busy with important paperwork and we need to leave as they close soon. Just posting our experience so hopefully nobody else goes there to only waste their time.
