WORSE DOCTOR EVER

Disappointment in treating Doctor over 2 years. Accounts lady rude and charge for missed appointments, Doctor could not recall why I was at his office after 3 month check up. Got Irate with me refused to forward his notes only allowed n=blood test ! Don't use doctor if you non white ****** and not professional as well as accounts lady. Charged me over medical rate even thou Im a current patient tried to hand me over to attorney for R150 Disappointed in your service and treatment !
