Worst bottle ever, leaks at every use, no help given, worst customer service...

I bought the starter kit bottles for my baby. He was exclusively breastfed so I barely used the bottles. However when I did use it, it would leak onto his clothes.

When he started drinking more formula I needed to change teats only to find out that the inserts won't fit the old bottles because they have been replaced. So the person on the floor at the dr brown stand in the jhb expo said that I should purchase just the inserts and new teats and it will help the bottle from stop leaking. The bottles leak everyday my baby's clothes are wet after each feed. I was advised to write a complaint to the customer support only for them to tell me I'm using the wrong insert for the wrong bottles. Firstly why would they change the whole type of bottle and replace it when most people still use the older bottles. If they valued their customers they should have helped not asked me to repurchase a brand that has kept frustrating me. They refused to help. I spent alot of money on all their product only being asked to spend more on something that's the worst ever.

They definitely do not cater for a babys need neither for parents ease of use. It is just a worthless tool that no parent should ever waste their time and money on because their service really sucks if u have a problem don't even try to speak to them first because they clearly don't care. They just want more sales but refuse to help out after the sales. I wish i read up more I thought that this was the best bottle and I was clearly mistaken.

Please make sure you look at a different brand going forward and not make the same mistake I did because these bottles will just waste your time and cause more tiredness than ease.

Thank you for taking the time to read this review. I also have emails of my conversation with them where they refuse to assist but just tell me to buy the new bottles after spending so much money only to be frustrated again so I will never waste money again on a useless product.
