Microwave Sterilize lid Melted

<p>I have a 6 week old baby and purchased the microwave sterilizer which I have purchased been using for the last month. I have been using the sterilizer at least 3 times daily according to instructions with no issues until today when the lid melted in the microwave. Thankfully the bottles did not melt but i was quite disappointed as I assumed a microwaveable item should not melt at all</p>
