Leaking Bottles and pathetic customer service

Good Day All, I've purchased the Dr browns 270ml wide neck bottles and they have been leaking very badly even though the bottles are closed fully. I've brought it to the attention of Dr browns South Africa I've even sent out videos to indicate how the bottle is leaking as well as supporting pictures to show how much we have spent on those bottles as well as teats. They have total disregard for customer service and I would never recommend them to anyone solely because we as parents are investing so much in a brand that does not care to emphasize with our complaints, queries but totally disregards us yet we are investing in a brand also how can we purchase from a brand that provides no support to the customer and we have to sit with those useless bottles with no compensation whatsoever as well as incur more financial expenses to purchase new products. The disappointing part is that you can see that you are being ignored because they post on their social media platforms without responding to your emails or comments. Abouselty pathetic!
