Dr Brown's Wide neck options bottle

After a long search to find the right bottle and right teeth, we where happy. Just to get home and start using this DR Brown's bottle, but sadly this bottle leaked! I've send a email no one rep****, then I've contacted them on Facebook within an hour they rep**** to my email. Asking questions about the bottle ect, after answering all the questions, today two months later, still no reply from Dr Brown's, so called best products on the market, but pathetic customer service! Will definitely not recommend Dr Brown's
