Disgusting Attitude

<p>As a company we have used Brian Jude for a number of years for short motivational and specific courses. Unfortunately we have seen a decline in service and the cherry on the top came when we had to cancel / reschedule a course because of a medical emergency and we were told that we had to pay 50% of the fee or we could never book another course again. The lady actually screamed at us over the phone when cancelling. I find this totally unacceptable after using him for a number of years. I emailed him directly about this and was promptly told that there are other people out there that I can use. This sounds very desperate to me from his side. Well he has lost a client/company and we will never use him again for any short courses - He is right in telling me that there are other people that we can use !!- I will do that</p>
