Bad attitude from receptionist at Dr Braam Nieuwoudts practice

I have to move to Heidelberg due to unforeseen circumstances. My practitioner in Centurion, Dr Braam Nieuwoudt said to me before I left I can contact him any time if I struggle with Heidelberg. I send him an email just ask for an prescription for something to nebulize. I have terrible sinus problems. I don't have a job and I don't have an income. The receptionist was really quiet rude after I told her but it is urgent. I can't nebulize with Vicks. It burns your eyes like hell, and I think she must go and try it out. I want everyone to know how rude the receptionist Niki is at this Practice. She told me it will maybe be on Monday. And I already pay for the prescription. I demand my money back.
