Massive damage because of Dr Bouke Bokma Dentist

Got a massive dental infection because this dentist's lack of hygiene protocol in the practice. Tools fell on the floor and he just picks it up and puts it back on the tray. This quack just kept giving me antibiotics and by the time the infection spread to the jaw he pulled the tooth and immediately wanted to do an implant ***** in the infected area?! Never again, beware of this money loving butcher. It was so bad that because of him I had to go to a dental surgeon for a Sequestrectomy (jaw bone removal) because of the infection.
