Went to see him on 17th June, was told he was a great Nephrologist so I tolerated the 2.5 hour wait. Cannot say got real answers to problem my husband had. My husband was to repeat blood tests which he did on Friday the 11th July. The results were out Monday 14th. Tuesday 15th phoned for update and was told I would be contacted on Wednesday morning. Nothing so Thursday afternoon phoned back and conveyed my feelings about this and once again told Dr. Bloy would contact me that afternoon. Well, now Friday afternoon and nothing. I am very disappointed having spent R1200 as a pensioner for a consultation and for absolutely nothing. I would rather have travelled further and gone to someone else. For someone with a bladder problem would have thought the blood tests not looking great to a layman for kidneys some feedback would be given. Not going back to that practice any time in the future.
