Dr Bloy is inconsiderate of his patient's

I find Dr Bloy to be inconsiderate of his patients. He does not listen to his patients. I specifically requested that he does not order procedures or tests that I have to pay for as I can't afford it. Dr Bloy requested tests for R38 080.00. I have asked him to review the account and confirm it. Dr Bloy has not responded to two requests.
