Arrogant doctor

I had the misfortune of visiting this doctor today. Consultation lasted 15 minutes if that and cost R1000.He was completely dismissive. Blamed me for my erratic sugar levels.Citing that I can't leave my insulin intake upto a doctor. I should know what I need.Told me to half my insulin today.No blood tests taken.Told me I am 15kgs overweight. I gym 5 times a week.Spoke to me like I am an imbecile. Which diabetic doesn't know that processed food is bad for you.Now here is the game changer.I told him I was diagnosed 4 years ago during a covid test.He wrongly assumed that I had covid.And listed that as the reason I have diabetes. I have never had covid.So here's his treatment plan.Half your insulin. Take 2 sets of tablets and if he is right I should be off insulin in 3 days.Oh by the way I should keep my insulin in case his treatment doesn't work.And I should contact him in a months time. He of course wished me all the best.I forgot during my consultation he took a call.Did not bother to apologize for that nor for arriving late to a room full of patients. He has told me to fast for 16 hours a day.Eat 2 meals of an extremely restricted diet. He assumed that I don't have the app for unhealthy foods for diabetics
