Charged 600% of medical aid rates

I paid my account in full, after being charged 600% of the medical aid rate. Yet, this doctor wants does not inform his lawyers that I paid my account. Now after his inflated 600% bill paid in full.... they want to list me on ITC... disgusted by his ethics and the fact that a medical doctor wants to list me on ITC after receiving his 600% payment.

Going to make sure I make a formal complain with medical ombudsman.
