*****ulant traffic fine

I have been on the phone for over an hour....this is one of the most frustrating incidents. I got an SMS of a traffic fine from them and get this I have never been to that province I am in Gauteng and the dates and the vehicle captured not mine. No one is willing to assist I have to remove this on my name
