*********** and no customer care at all

I have been trying to contact the surgery since Friday 13/11/15 the number does not exist ***, the surgery has a new number *** please note this number is not on Telkom Directory and surgery Premises. I went to the surgery on Sunday and asked why their number is not going through and what time they close on a Friday I was told an update will be done in January 2016 I suggested that at least the number be changed on their premises . The receptionist who was in duty on the day Regina then told me it was impossible for the change to be made. In regards to closing time on Friday she said I all of people know their operating times since I stay in the area, I told her that we moved a long time ago,she went on to say if I had a problem I should find another doc and she shut her window in my face. I feel she has no customer care at all and she should be trained on how to handle patients or the surgery should get someone who is competent.
