Charging R350 to complete a medical certificate for UIF

I am busy applying for my UIF and need her to complete the medical certificate for me she is charging R350 to complete a 1 pager Being on maternity and that you have to rely on uif as you already not having the funds now i have to pay that otherwise i will not be able to get my uif
