Dissatisfied with Physcharist

I am extremely disappointed with the service I had received from the doctors rooms. I have been visiting the Dr for years and she knows my medical history. I needed a repeat script and application for chronic benefit, however I had to wait for months just to get an appointment. Such medication is critical and I can't obtain without a Dr appointment. It's very frustrating, how does one continue with meds that are needed if one can not get a timeous appointment.
