I personally would not return to this practice

I visited Dr. Hendricks earlier this year for a routine check-up. It was my first and only consultation with her. After the appointment, I received an SMS stating that all was normal except for a slightly elevated glucose level. When I later app**** for medical aid, the only outstanding requirement was a report from Dr. Hendricks. I requested it urgently and received a response that I felt was dismissive and unnecessarily personal in tone. This left me feeling disheartened at a time when I was already under pressure. When I did receive the report, I was concerned to see that it included historical information from decades ago as well as details I did not expect to be highlighted in this context. I felt this did not fairly reflect the consultation I had, and it left me uncomfortable. In my view, patients deserve timely communication, supportive interactions, and reports that align closely with what is discussed during the consultation. Unfortunately, my experience did not leave me with confidence, and I personally would not return to this practice.
