Poor hospital treatment and negligence

Doctor admitted me me Wednesday and only saw me saw me on Thursday and promise to start a process to theater and i will be booked for Monday from Thursday only saw him Monday and acted shocked for my medical aid required motivational letter for theater and he / office were informed friday and he didn't write the letter now just keeping me in hospital with no communications i recently tried getting in touch with his office and the laid was very rude ended up telling me i am there only for the antibiotics only. I have reported several time to the sister's incharge of the shift but nothing is done
