Reconsider visiting this doctor - Dr. AM. SEBESTENY - prac no. ***

Yesterday I went to this doctor and it was shocking. The female doctor who 'assisted' me barely listened to a word I was saying, she kept rolling her eyes and on two occasions I was told 'oh I'm so tired I want to go home'. I was asked whether I want to be examined then she gave me pain tablets and a prescription for an ointment, when I got to the pharmacy to get the prescription they recommended something different which actually worked and helped better. This morning I decided to call Dr Sebesteny to advise what had happened as I felt he should be made aware. I was basically cut off while explaining and told 'yes, you need to change your diet' and gave me some or other recommendation as to what I need to do to treat my medical issue. At no point was I acknowledged with regards to what my actual reason was for calling. Seriously, who does this?! You charge patients R450 this was covered by my medical aid but what about people who pay cash and use their last cent to pay to see the doctor, I have listed this doctor as my primary physician on my medical aid but I will definitely be changing it. God forbid my situation was a matter of life or death and I end up in hospital or worse
