Handed over to VeriCred by Dr Terblanche

As a law abiding citizen with a clean and excellent credit history, i was surprised today with a call from VeriCred Collections!<br> <br> I was told by Precious at VeriCred that i had been handed over, and that my account is now accumulating interest due to deflating on my payment. I then proceeded to ask her to spell my email address, and discovered that the spelling of my name was incorrect!<br> <br> What i find unacceptable is that these accounts people at the doctors room, are so *********** that, firstly they don't bother to check if the details are correct, and secondly are too lazy to pick up the phone and call to check what the problem is!! <br> <br> This is unacceptable, and i demand that Dr Terblanche withdraw the invoice from VeriCred, and makes an effort to spell my name correctly so that i receive the invoice. I will then be more than happy to make the payment! I would also like an apology in writing from her accounts department.<br> <br> Thank you!
