Left my wife in his rooms without attending her

Dr Fabiyi left my wife without attending her after they claim that she owes them. They were sending SMSes on old cell number to notify us about the debt. No statement sent to us, even my email address on their system is wrong and they claim they don't email, but they have audacity to handover your name to debt collectors without you knowing anything about the debt. My wife had been attending this doctor since 2011 if am not mistaken. He helped my wife when giving birth in December 2020 and I won't lie, he's good at his work, but today I saw another side of him. The money that we owe we were gonna long ago only if we knew about it. The medical aid paid lot of money for giving birth and we wouldn't fail to pay his money, because he did his job and it was a shortfall from medical aid. I will pay the money and find other doctors. This man doesn't respect his patients, but money.
