kicked me out fo complaining about his punctuality

I had a bad experience with Dr. Alfred Fabiyi from Clinton hospital at his consultation place in, Office number 9, Absa building, Victoria Street, Germiston. I had an appointment with him at 09:00am today 25.06.2015, I arrive at 08:55am, 5 minutes before my appointment. My name was eventually called at 11:30am, 2h30m after my appointment time. When I got to the doctor's office I raised my concerns about his late arrival and that we were sitting without anybody telling us anything. I told him that every time when I come for my appointments with him his always more than 2 hours late. He told me that his job is to deliver babies and if they call him at the hospital he will leave me there and go to the hospital. I explained to him that I also have concerns about that because he is never punctual so it has raise some concerns on my side that he will probably be late on the day I need him the most. He then again told me in a very rude voice that if whether I understand that his job is to deliver babies? As I was talking he called the reception lady and wrote something on the file and told me that he never wants to see me again, he doesn't deal with patients like myself.
