Dentists at Medicross Tokai charge private practice rates!

As a medical aid patient, I would like to warn other medical aid patients that Dr Al-Jo Mackenzie practicing at Medicross - Tokai charges private practice rates. I usually attend the Medicross - Kenilworth practice and I have always been charged medical aid rates as I expected since Medicross is a medical aid group.

Dr Al-Jo Mackenzie not only charged me private practice rates but considering all he did was take x-rays and prescribe anti-inflammatory mouthwash, his premium was disproportional.

I required an urgent appointment but the only doctor who had availability was Dr Al-Jo Mackenzi - I now understand why!
