Refusal of service

I was at the shopping centre on the corner of sefako makgato drive and dr swanepoel road in montana pretoria today and had to urgently see a medical doctor. I went inti the practice of Dr Agnes Barta and was refused assistance without an appointment by an extremely rude receptionist. I must say there was no other patients at the time and very little to no consideration was offered to assist in any way. Basically an attitude of \good luck and find live elsewhere\" approach. I was under the impression that as part of the medical physicians oath the assistance of people requiring medical assistance could not be completely refused. Seems to not be the case at Dr Agnes Bartas practice. "
