My sister was pregnant and was a patient of DR.Audrey Gugu Gamedze, she was 7 months pregnant and last appointment with her was on the 21st of April 2015, the doctor checked her but could not hear the heartbeat of the child but said that she can see it on the sonar and requested my sister to go do an NST for thorough checks, though the nurses at the hospital told her that there is no heartbeat and should go back to the doctor but the answer she got from the doctor was that everything is fine she can go home, on Friday the 8th of May 2015 she had complications and was bleeding then she rash to the hospital in the morning she was told that the baby passed on two weeks ago and Dr Gamedze only attended her at night , she advised the patient that she will induce her and do natural birth she came back the following morning to check on how far the patient was and left the patient with the nurses to help with the birth process, one of the nurses came to the patience room to switch off the alarm. the patient tried to press the alarm cause the baby was coming but no one attended to her they only came late when the patient was almost done with the process.
