had a procedure done at brenthurst hospital by Dr Gamedze, the Ampath statement had to have her details as the referring doctor instead they had the hospitals name. made several requests with her office telephonically to assist with correcting the details so that Ampath can re-submit to medical aid to date nothing now the account has been handed over t o debt collecting .<br> <br> this is unacceptable. why should a patient / customer be penalised for in competencies of other people.
