Lack of Patient Care and Professionalism

I usually do not post any reviews of any place, but the Day Hospital in Kewtown is beyond ridiculous, staff that work their are *********** and the lack of patient care is out of this world and get treated with the least amount care and respect! The "Clinicians" on site have zero communication skills and dont say anything to about the well-being of the patient, other than "stay on the same dosage" and you should be fine!!! WHAT DO THEY GET PAID TO DO!. This is the second time around that I've taken my mom there and experienced nothing short the worst service ever!! The first time the pharmaceutical department couldn't make out the dosage that my mother requires and got sent back to the doctor only to wait another 30 minutes extra to get the correct dosage! This time around (the second time) couldn't find my mother's folder and automatically opened up a new folder absolutely nothing in it! No medical report from Groote Schuur Hospital and no medical report from the first visit!!! Only to find out that there are two folders opened up and the person who opened up the new folder got my mother's details/credentials completely wrong!!! To top it off, if I hadn't to ask if my mothers folder is at the pharmacy i am pretty sure that my mom wouldn'thave received her medication, and here'sthe kicker, the pharmacy couldn'tfind my mom'sfolder eithe, and then, waiting almost 4 hours for medication at the pharmacy only to be given the incorrect tablets!!!! HOW THE HELL DOES A DAY HOSPITAL OPERATE WITH SUCH DISSTAINE FOR PATIENT CARE AND LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM!!!! I will be taking the matter further with the department of health and will report the Kewtown day hospital as well!!!
