Dr. Abdurahman Community Clinic_Unprofessional service

I have a big issue with the fact that the working hours stated on the website and on the front board of the clinic says working hours are Mon to Fri 07h00/07h30 to 16h00 but when I got there today at 15h35 the security in charge told me the clinic was closed and they cudnt assist me to book an appointment for meds with the script I received from Red Cross hospital for my 5month old son who suffers from Mitral valve insufficiency.

I rushed to the hospital straight after work but got turned away.. Why are we as the community that just needs to book an appointment turned away when it is still well within the working hours? If they close the clinic gates at 15h30 there should be a notice outside the clinic to communicate this to the community. I am highly upset that the lady incharge of security who refused to give her name was so unprofessional and unhelpful. I hope the department head of the clinic will address this matter bcoz this is really upsetting and unacceptable service.
