Complete lack of medical assistance or simple communication

After fracturing my verterbra, Dr Viljoen came to see me in hosiptal and sent me for further X-rays, telling me he would see me later. A nurse told me later that I could go home and that Dr Viljoen would call me the next day. I asked for advise on what I should or should not be doing but none of the nurses could tell me, no treatment advise was given whatsoever. Now, more than 4 weeks later, and I am still waiting for Dr Viljoen to call me. My emails take days to be answered or are simply not answered at all. His PA is rude and unable to assist with anything, all she can ever tell me is "you must understand that he is a surgeon and is very busy". I have requested him to sign a medical aid insurance document which he has had for over 2 weeks but this too is being ignored.
