Rude Receptionists

Good Day ,

This is what happened to me while on queue waiting for the doctor. You’re two receptionists lack manners they’re ill mannered. So I consulted with the Doctor on 23/06/2018 and Discovery had a system issue and the Doctors Claim was not paid. So now I went to consult again today and the two ladies were really absurd. They asked me to call Discovery and inform them on what happened and again they said it so rude because one could tell by the frustration on their face. So I called Discovery and they explained the situation so they asked if they could get an email address where they could send the proof that the payment was processed and again This lady was rude telling me she won’t give me any email address she does not want Discovery sending her emails . Like I dunno how you work with people if you’re gonna be ill mannered and obnoxious I don’t like how I was treated and it has been going on for years. From the time I was still under my dads medical aid till now even when I’m on my own. People don’t get treated that way honestly
