Dr. Failed to spot a problem

My 14months daughter went to the Dr. for a pain she had on her behind. The Dr. did not know what was the problem!!! Now I and my family have been using this Surgery for over ten years. 4days after the Dr. said \looks like an insect bite, which does not make sense due to the location of the \"infection\", as she is always covered by the Diaper. Now 4days later as my daughter started being worse after the medication given to us. we took her to Hospital where she was immediately admitted for abbess and it was said that its too big and hence my daughter is in such pain. after the Op was done which left my daughter with a huge on her behind. Had the Dr. seen in it would have been better. CAN YOU PLEASE GET COMPETENT Dr.s because this is a threat to our Health. I don't understand why MUST I BE BILLED WHEN THE DR. FAILED TO DO HIS JOB"
