Rude, uninterested and disrespectful secretary

I called Dr A Coetzee's rooms in an attempt to book an appointment. The arrogant and rude receptionist answered, and once finding out I was a new patient changed her tone from disinterested to downright rude. She told me that the doctor was unable to help me. But offered no alternative dates or times. I put he phone down and called back about an hour later. Only to be met with the same hostility. This time I was told to leave my name and number and that I would be contacted when the doctor was avaliable to see me. This was 5 hours ago. No alternative date was given but an impatient \will get back to you". I am honestly disgusted at their \""service\"" or lack there of."""
