Bad Customer Service

<p>I have went to the Dr in June to have the cataracts removed,my medical aid was suppossed to pay and unfortunately didnt pay the full amount,the accounts lady Rachel never bothered to contact me or anything,I have never received a phone call,statement or invoice,or even the message to be told I owe them, last week I just received a sms and a phone call from their debt collectors to tell me I need to pay,I am so disappointed with the Dr and the staff.where on hell have you handover someone without contacting them,now she said she has sent the sms which I didnt recieve and they dont phone people if they owe.</p>
