Dr Burger Reception

We have been waiting since 12 December for a motivational letter. Only when we went there on the 22nd of January 2019 and waited in the surgery and insisted on this letter for the medical aid they help us after 4 hours of sitting there. The lady was so rude she threw a paper at me saying that that is the proof that they have sent it to the medical aid on the 12th of December, but only to see that is the wrong documentation. They have sent the prescription and the medical aid requested a motivational letter and blood results. The worst part is you have to pay R500 for this information which they didn't help us with. When they took the file to the doctor it took him 10 minutes to complete documentation. It could have been done a long time ago like the first time I phoned. I phoned everyday and they promise every time to phone me back, I am still waiting. If I didn't go to the surgery they probably wouldn't have helped me still. The ladies is rude there, and definitely not doing what they have to.
