DO NOT USE THIS LAB !!!!

Extremely unprofessional experience. The denture had persistent issues with fit, size, alignment, balance and comfort, none of which were resolved despite multiple re-attempts. The quality of finishing and polishing actually deteriorated with each remake. To make matters worse, the lab technician, Mario Nel, placed his initials inside the denture palate, which is entirely inappropriate and unacceptable for a medical device intended for a patient. There was no accountability from the lab, and responsibility was repeatedly deflected rather than addressed. DO NOT USE THIS LAB!!!
