Zero service delivery

I have made and order and it arrived in SA within 4/5 days from the 2020/10/17. I tracked my package and it had finch been in SA, no tracking updates since and no communication from the courier

This is rather frustrating as they don’t even reply to thier customer care emails

I’d appreciate if someone can contact me or give me feedback atleast . Appalling service! Unimpressed n will not use this courier again
