Very useless company

Im expecting a parcel from China with traching no. ********** 60324 according to their website,the parcel has arrived in Johannesburg and on their website it says "out for delivery" its been 3 days now and i still havent received it,and what makes things worse is that they dont answer their phones !!! Im really frustrated right now
