useless and rude driver

my god i dont even know where to start, ive been waiting for my parcel for a month? i have spend more than R300 of airtime without any help, they all sing the same song "ull get ur parcel 2mrw ". they gave me the driver's numbers to call him. that **** is so f* rude. he immediately blocked my line i had to call that useless office again to report that rude driver. they managed to put me on hold until my airtime runs out i will never use DPEX ever again i lost money and my clients its very sad honestly
