Unhappy Client

I made and order from Wholesale 7 and it was confirmed to have been shipped on the 26/10/2017. I paid for the 3-7 day delivery and I still haven't received my parcel yet. I tracked it o the website and I can see that the parcel arrived in South Africa on the 29/10/2017. I understand that weekends are not included in delivery time but what I don't understand is why my parcel has been on hold for the past 4 days.

I would appreciate if someone would contact me regarding my parcel and when I will be receiving it because I paid money for it and I don't appreciate not being acknowledged for my delivery.
