They loose parcels and do not even care for them

I have 3 bad experience about dpex...

I orderd sometime in August and I tracked my parcel it was in joburg.. I called them to deliver my parcel they told me it's on the way... I waited two days and I called them again, they told me the parcel is by skynet.. I asked them to give me skynet tracking number in order to call them... skynet told me they did not even pick up my parcel because it was damaged... I called dpex again about this and they told me stupid excuses I have not even received the parcel today....

November I did another huge order and it's been sitting on customs processing... I called dpex many times in December and they told me my parcel is detained by cbcu i must wait for 7 days which I waited till now.... they do not answer my calls especially Debby Patther the manager she is so rude.....

I'm in need of my parcel, I can't call cbcu because I do not even know the tax number
